Writing the Problem Statement (HMW - How Might We?)
"How might we design an intuitive pet adoption platform that makes browsing easy for casual users, ensures transparency for serious adopters, and provides pet listers with efficient tools to manage listings and inquiries?"
In our ideation process, we used ‘How Might We’ questions to reframe user pain points as design opportunities, sparking a range of creative solutions. From swipe-friendly browsing for Shoppers to trust-building features for Buyers and intuitive listing tools for Sellers, each idea was crafted to address specific user needs. This approach allowed us to brainstorm user-centered features that feel engaging, intuitive, and supportive. These solutions lay the groundwork for a platform that truly connects people and pets.
